Code of Conduct Committee
The Committee supports the National Puzzlers’ League Code of Conduct. If you feel the code has been violated you can report an incident, reach out to any of our team members, or reach out to the Committee as a whole.

Cazique (Ken Stern) (he/him) has been a member of the NPL and attended every convention since 1998. He has served as Vice President (2001–2003) and President (2004–2007) of the NPL. Professionally, he has worked in the education industry for over 15 years. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and two college-age children.

Cute Mage (Jen McTeague) (she/her) has been a member of the NPL since 2011 and has been going to Con since 2017. She is known for her creation of escape rooms and other shenanigan games that she brings to con. She teaches math to middle-schoolers in Pittsburgh.

Marzipan (Arielle Arizpe) (she/her) has been a member of the NPL since 2006 and co-hosted the 2013 convention. She is a history teacher and science team coach. Arielle loves tinned fish, bad ’90s movies, bouldering, and walking briskly. She lives with her husband, Andy (aka Bonus), and her two nomless sons, Henry and George, in Austin, Texas.

Hale (Max Woghiren) (he/him) joined the NPL in 2014. Hale is a software engineering manager, progressive rock enthusiast, and avid gamer (board, video, other). He lives with his wife, Hayley, and his three young children (Finnegan, Elliot, and Sienna) in Oshawa, Ontario.

Saxifrage (Katherine Bryant) (she/her) has been a member of the NPL and attended every convention since 1998. She was previously 2nd Vice President (2002) and Editor of The Enigma (2003–2006), as well as co-host of the 2004 convention. Professionally, she is pursuing a master’s program in genetic counseling while also doing freelance editing work. She is single and has no children, and lives in Medford, Massachusetts.
